I may choose to consider a new habit this year, and if I do,
I will gather momentum by waiting at least week to begin.
And then I will start small, and even smaller than that,
until it is so small,
I can almost blow it off my fingertip with a whiff.
And in time, when my one habit is well grooved,
I will add one more small desired action to it
and so on.
